A silver-coloured dial with a guilloché sunburst motif encases the white mother-of-pearl counters and hour markers in 18K white gold set with 34 brilliant-cut diamonds (approx. 0.1 ct) and Piaget coat of arms in 18K white gold. Manufacture Piaget 551P self-winding mechanical movement with small seconds and power-reserve indicator.

The diamonds accentuate the style of this Piaget Emperador, which bears the Piaget coat of arms, evoking its redesign in the style of a 1957 best-seller. This subtly updated watch beats to the rhythm of the 551P movement, engineered according to the finest watchmaking art, featuring small seconds and a power-reserve indicator. The dial is adorned with mother-of-pearl and diamonds.

A development of the 500P, the 551P is a self-winding movement distinguished by the addition of two small complications: an off-centred small seconds at 10 o'clock, a Piaget signature feature and a power-reserve indicator at 6 o'clock. It is also fitted with a balance stop.
The circular Côtes de Genève, circular-grained mainplate, bevelled bridges and blued screws adding the finishing touches to this movement are reminders of the Swiss watchmaking brand's high aesthetic values.
