In-house designers are encouraged to unleash their imagination, particularly when it comes to creating thematic collections. Each year, some 20 individual watch or jewellery pieces are produced in very limited quantities. The initial sketches are drawn by hand and finished with watercolours, becoming genuine works of art in themselves. When a design has been approved, each of the Manufacture’s workshops brings its particular expertise to bear on the production of these exceptional objects. Every challenge, whether technical or aesthetic, is met with aplomb. By uniting under one roof all the skills and know-how inherent in the watchmaker’s art, Manufacture Piaget is able to indulge its wildest and most accomplished fantasies.
